Sol, who do u want to play in the first round?  I guess the choices are either Cincy, KC or Denver?
With the exception of CHASERS Friday exit poll, and maybe an exception once in a while, I'm done with AFR - NFL-Solomon (liar)

Back when I was a kid, when watching football, we used to always display those little gumball machine NFL helmets on the TV for the two teams playing. 7 years ago, I decided to pick up the practice again, except now I would buy the softball sized mini helmets instead, but only for the Super Bowl teams. In 7 games, I have 11 total, with Pittsburgh, New England, and Seattle being repeat finalists. Last SB, I didn't have to buy any new ones since it was Seattle vs New England. This year, there are 6 teams that could require new purchases (Carolina, Kansas City, Houston, Cincinnati, Washington, and Minnesota). Any combination of Pittsburgh/New England/Denver vs Arizona/Green Bay/Seattle would mean the 2nd year in a row of no purchases.

I'm thinking Carolina or Kansas City have the best chances of breaking into my collection, although the Chiefs have that tough Wildcard road to hoe. But you never know. When I started doing this, I never thought I'd have an Arizona or New Orleans helmet in my collection.

None of that means a thing, other than I'm having fun doing it.

Cool.  But it sounds a bit expensive.  When I was a kid, there were occasionally gumball machines where you could get the little ones for $0.25, but the bigger ones were either the cheaply-made ones such as Baskin Robbins would sell for their special sundaes (maybe $5 ?  Sol ?).  Nowadays the ones offered for official sale are probably over $12.

About 25 bucks a pop.  About $275 so far, but that's spread out over 7 years.  I probably could get the whole collection cheaper than ordering in 1s or 2s, but that defeats the intent of it.  Besides, I may just tire of the deal and stop, which would be a lot cheaper than buying all of them.

Also, why buy a Browns helmet?

Lol, Sol.  I was talking about the mini helmets.  That's a mighty small shit bucket.  A full size helmet, though...now you're talking.

A Browns softball size helmet would serve as a good shit scooper, though.  Matching colors, even.  Unless you eat too much licorice.
